Caring for his creation


Luke 12:28 (NLT)
And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?

God cares about everything that he has created, no matter how big or small. From a seedling to a beautiful flower, God has provided rain, sun, and nutrients that each wildflower needs to thrive. Just as God has taken care of a flower, he will most certainly take care of you. Look around and begin to count your blessings to see God's provisions and care for you every day. God has given us the gift of faith. Continue to grow your faith by reading his word and deepening your knowledge of Christ.

[17] Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.

Let there be light

  Genesis 1:3-5 And then God announced, “Let there be light,” and light burst forth! And God saw the light as pleasing and beautiful; he used the light to dispel the darkness. God called the light “Day,” and the darkness “Night.” And so, evening gave way to morning—the first day.  Every day there is light because God has created it. God created light not only for him to enjoy his creation, but for us; so that we are enabled to do so many things in our daily lives. I couldn't imagine living on Earth without the sun, without having a source of warmth and light.  Before light, there was only darkness, coldness, and emptiness. I couldn't imagine a world like that, and I am so thankful for God's thoughtfulness in his creation. Sunrises are such beautiful things, truly a gift from God to witness in our lives.
